TERMS of SERVICE

 

• Scheduling:  Please contact us at (708) 887-8955 or slatermedia808@gmail.com

• Cancellation Policy:  Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancellation or rescheduling.

• Photographing the Home:  Someone authorized by the homeowner or agent should be present to give access to the home and to discuss any special considerations. Our goal is to provide high-quality photos that include front exterior view(s), back exterior view(s), side exterior view(s), and all major rooms such as the living room, dining room, family/entertainment rooms, kitchen, master bedroom, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Closets and small utility rooms are not a high priority unless specifically requested.

• Pets and Alarms:  Please make sure that all alarms are off for entry and motion while at the property. Please make sure pets are contained for the duration of the session. Pets are not included in photos.

• Delivery of Media:  All photos are edited and optimized for quality and delivered to you within 12-36 hours. You will receive an email with instructions and a link for you to download your photos. High-quality prints are available at an additional cost.

• Rights and Usage of Media:  All media produced for the client may be used by that agent and/or homeowner for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with MLS rules. The photographs will be copyrighted by the photographer and a license granted only to the agent, client, or homeowner and NOT to any third party. Any usage of media by a third party including but not limited to builders, architects, stagers, designers, developers, buyers, or sellers is prohibited unless approved by the agent or photographer.
